Song Suffragettes was born in Nashville in 2014 as a platform to showcase the best female singer-songwriters in the city. Featured in The New York Times, ELLE, Billboard, Rolling Stone and on PBS and NPR, Song Suffragettes has been celebrated for both the talent it presents and the gender dispary issues it spotlights in the process.

Now our ground-breaking all-female writer’s round is celebrating New York City by currating the most talented women we can feature from the five boroughs and beyond.

Happening the second Tuesday of every month at City Winery New York City in The Loft, Song Suffragettes NYC will feature 5 singer-songwriters who will perform their songs and share their stories. It’s a one-of-a-kind show that puts you on the front row of the next generation of talented women!
